In addition to my performing arts career, I also have over 20 years experience in the martial arts. I am a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Okinawan Kenpo Karate, certified by the OKKKF, and instructed by Sensei Joseph Bunch of Hawaii Okinawa Kenpo Karate-do Shudokan. HOKK is part of the OKKKF, formerly led by the late Seikichi Odo.

I have taught different styles including Okinawan Kenpo, Chinese Kempo, and Shotokan Karate.
